«Creemos que la contextualización local puede ayudar a acercar y acelerar la asistencia a las personas sobre el terreno, especialmente durante las emergencias. Sin embargo, para que la contextualización local funcione durante las emergencias, necesitamos establecer un mecanismo dirigido a nivel nacional, mejorado a nivel regional y apoyado internacionalmente según sea necesario.»
